Thanx, that was real nice of you to say. I do train really hard, it'salot harder w/o gear and I've never used the stuff. It's not a judgement, if I could find a good source I might try it, not sure.
I do alot of sets per body part too, 23-25 sets for my shoulders, 20 sets for my chest, etc...
