Ok firstly if your estogen levels are that elivated your doing to much gear and wasteing alot of it.

Its due to a hormone imbalance and estrogen and oestogen mainly. You have started to produce milk from the small amount of breast tissue that you have, we all have a small amount and if you have gino you will have more to produce milk.

I know this sounds odd but its true, about it being green im not sure i would go and see a doc or something.

A way to stop this would not to do so much gear like most people seem to do on this bord to much gear not enough food sleep and hard work..!
