Now that I have your attention PLEASE read ALL!!
I have been contenplating joining EF for a long time and was HOPING that MAYBE I would be WELCOMED and be showed some LOVE from My fellow Iron Pumpers!!
I'll make it quick, Brand New to AAS. Work My Ass off in the Gym at 40+ with pain , soreness and all the LIONHEARTEDNESS and VEROSITY it takes to be SERIOUS in the Gym. 3-4 hours per session heavy 3-4 times a week, tried all supplements ( They All Suck) IMHO.It's not a social club for Me I have been all natural and have made huge gains but, have reached a Plateau and it has taken a LOT of dedication, PAIN, SORENESS, and WORK over the last 4 years those of You that work that hard at over 40 know what I mean!!
Here is My Delima:
Too many choices Injectibles, Orals, AAS, Peptides, SAARS etc.... I'm overwhelmed!!
I am 40+ and Hardcore, I don't want to take baby steps and also don't want to make foolish mistakes, I am too old for experiences and mistakes, want to do it right and keep it right the 1st time out that is why I joined!! So, Please no guessing and maybe if's. I need an experienced Big Brother.
I want To get HUGE!!
Want a great detailed 12 week for Mass and Strength and Lean Muscle Mass with detailed instructions. Dosages , locations, quantities of how much product and accesories I'll need, heck I don't even know how or where to give Myself a shot!! I'm Humbly Honest. Along with PCT and Estrogen blockers.
I want to avoid Deca Dick ( I read about this a lot) as I Love My Wife and We are very active, and also have PMB in My Family but, I have a full head of Hair and would like to keep it that way as much as possible. Also, avoid organ damage. I'm not stupid and I know this is complicated stuff here and there is a lot to it.
Pain and hard work I can handle. I used to be Rich but, not anymore so Money is an issue, Lot's of Children.
So PLEASE I'm begging here if You have A Heart and or compassion for "A BROTHER IN THE IRON".
And have enough experience and knowledge I would greatly appreciatte any help. Thinking of U.Z. for gear?

Well first off welcome! Secondly, I will have to say that WOW is right...a lot if info to decipher there bro. We Iron Brothers all have to do our homework and nobody is different...so if you haven't read these "stickies" it would be good for you to do so to get you somewhat acquainted. We won't just tell you what to do, what to take, and when to take it...oh, and how.

I appreciate your straightforwardness...but you need to do some homework on your own brother! I have no problem helping you but want you to do some of your own research.

Read these, and come back and lets see what you get out of them...like first cycle recommendations with PCT? On cycle support? The basic simple things...then there are many...MANY...iron brothers here that will help you reach your goals to hugeness!!!

Oh, and current stats? Weight, height, stuff like that :D

My Stats: 44, 5'10 , 212lbs solid. 16% BMI. Big Framed Bones have worked all My Life hard until 2007
Diet:
Morning shake, Frozen Blueberries, walnuts, 2 raw safe eggs whole, banana, 2 scoops PP with almond rice milk mix.
Meal 2: Cantelope, Yogurt with walnuts.
Meal 3: Lunch Meat and 2 cups rice and green tea. Sometimes a Blimpie Sub.
Meal4: Protein Bar
Meal5: Beef , Deer, Buffalo, Sweet potatoe and greens.
Meal6: Popcorn and Chocalate with movie more green tea and Honey.
Meal7: Same as 1st Shake before Bed. Cassien Powder
Workout Days Almond butter, Banana , Honey Sandwich 1 hour before workout and
protein shake isolate with water after.
I started the Eat-Right-For-Blood type diet after Doctor visit. Got Me off heartburn medicine and feel 1000 ntimes better.
Great diet check it out if You can.
I NEVER eat fast food. No fries etc....
Also, Take fish oil, L-Glut. Argen. Chews 4 times a day , Kroytene Tabs the purple ones.
And an Extreme Athelete pack of vitamins in morning.

At 40 I went for check up and learned blood count was off, (Platelets Low) and had to be put on thyroid armour
and quit drinking beer and started working out again. ( Miss the Beer!!)
Got started with a great Guy 6'4 260 and CPT. He worked My A** off I mean to the point of puking at 1st! And Sore as Hell all the time. PAIN!!
Went so heavy Low Platelets caused purple spots on Face on Heavy days.
Great Guy got Me back in the game of Muscle Building which I needed because I was deeply depressed about
My business falling apart due to the economy spent 1 1/2 years on couch ready to put a bullet in My head.
Was Rich and Lost everything trying to hold on to everything for 3 years. Had over 100 workers at 1 time.
I am sure My Workout Brother went the AAS route but, would never admit it stretch marks, hair loss , veins and Huge
I was staying natual HaHa . Tried Andr. RX and numerous useless supplements I didnt have money for anyways.
So there it is still pumping iron hard but at plateau, with shoulder pain. Been working rotator cuff exercises hard too.

I know You have done the time!! Paid the Piper!! Invested Deeply Financially , Physically, and
have had to " Earn Your Stripes!!" And Muscles!!
And I should too, I RESPECT that and You!! Shout out to NY!! I'm a Southern Boy but, went there and helped when the
shit hit the fan up there. Never seen anything like it, I still pray for Ya'll!!
But, I am not some 19 year old kid just PM'd You that hasn't spent time researching dieting or working out properly because there is
NOONE and I mean NOONE with the intensity I have in the Gym, not even close!! I just cannot get the results I'm looking for
naturally. I have dedicated Myself to it and tried every supplement out there, waste of Money!! IMHO after much research.
And I reluctantly took the plunge after almost a year of watching this site and debating hoping , praying I could find a Big Brother
to help Me along.
I'll admit I'm very scared about this, I am!! In oh so many ways!!
And I Love My hair, Health and Sex with My Wife and My freedom. I don't want to make foolish beginner
mistakes!! I know absolutely NOTHING about it except all of the "Opinions" I have wasted time reading Opinions are like
well You know. Uneducated Information is everywhere!! Along with unreversable mistakes!! I am trying to avoid that if I
get Lucky enough through much Prayer , research and supplication in My quest to find a Big Brother here.
When I had Money I was working 18 hours a day most of the time but, would be happy to pay 325 reoccurring charge for Pro
Consultation. Unfortunetly now all I do is work, Workout, Love My Family go to bed and repeat. Not a lot of time to research and read
or Money to Buy books and all that wouldn't have time to read them anyway. I have started a new Biz and scraping by just barely
keeping My head above water. Cannot afford time or mistakes at this point in My Life. I ain't getting any Younger made enough mistakes already.

So, I will wait for Big Brother, listen to muscleaddiction and try if I get enough time to read the stickys again but, I know My end
goal and how to get there workout and Diet wise but, I am clueless with this and was hoping and praying for guidance.

i assure you this, there is someone that has more intensity that you can imagine in the gym my friend...

28 Years ago I used to work out in a place called The 'Animal Iron Factory' So I am aware
of Intensity in the Gym. If You will read the post You quoted Me on I said "The Gym" which
was referring to "My Gym." At the 'Animal Iron Factory' They were darting while working out it was INSANE!!
Way more than My 40+ year old A** is capable of these Days ,so Trust Me I have seen it all.
Iv'e gained almost 30 Lbs. of solid Muscle in almost the past 4 Years over 40 using nothing more than
protein shakes and store bought supplements starting with _ Star Wallie World Protein. My bench
went up 210Lbs during this time just for starters.
That being said Dylan , let Me clarify. I work out 10-20 TIMES Harder than "ANYONE IN MY GYM"

You dont grow in the gym, you grow while resting. As someone who is mod 40's I can just about guarantee you are spending WAAAAY too much time in the gym. If you arent making decent gains in an hour a day, 4 days a week your doing something wrong.

What exactly are your goals from a fitness standpoint (sorry if I missed it)?
