I don't think it's that crazy that she is suing the guards for putting it up on youtube either...

She was walking through the mall; she cannot possibly claim she had an expectation of privacy. She might be able to sue for the rights to the footage. But since the security guards didn't receive payment, there's no financial damages.

I agree that it was shitty of the guards to post the video and they deserve to be fired. But I don't see where the woman has grounds for a lawsuit.
