here is some quick advice after reading this thread. you already got a ton of good advice from the other guys, but mine that i have learned is if you are injured REST or avoid that exercise that causes pain. pounding away and taking pain killers works only for pro athletes making big money who are willing to jeapordize their future for short term gain. but for the rest of us be smart and learn to listen to your body. if it hurts then STOP. thats the advice i wish i had listened to years ago or else i would still be winning road races, people that tell you to just push through it don't care about your body.. you cannot push through injuries like that or they will become chronic.
also you looked good before in that pic for a little guy. if that is the look you want then just get recovered and start lifting like before and you will be there very quickly. then worry about juicing. but first get healthy !
