Day 1:
Took myself one scoop in some water. Put it in a water bottle after drinking about half of it.
My first impression:
DAMN, this shit tastes good. I was expecting it to be like the other shit ive had. I have honestly gagged multiple times from some preworkout drinks like these. The last one I had, It didnt mix well at all. This stuff? I see not one flake.
The flavor I have is Green Apple by the way.
Got to my workout.
I went to do some curls. I was stuck around 21 for a while. Originally, I was doing 15, but ive been getting better. Everytime I did 21 reps. I was like ahhhhhhhhhhh im done.
But after this NTKTS.... I nailed out 30 reps! Probably could have nailed out more if my wrists werent such pansys!
