I live the smack ramen noodles, the top ramen dont taste too great. I only like chicken flavor. Those thigns are loaded with carbs, don't eat a whole lotta them unless youa re bulking or something.

AAAACK!! Something you should know

I love Ramen noodles - but they don't usually print nutritional info on the back, even still they look pretty harmless, right? I used to eat them all the time.

I picked up the store brand today at Loblaw's, turned it over to check and sure enough, the nutritional info was on there - do you know how much fat was in ONE package???
