Who drinks MILK??

yoop33

New member
I haven't had a glass of milk in a couple years until the other day.... and it tasted pretty damn good! I just never really had the need for it.. don't make anything that needs milk and never eat cereal. But I was looking at the nutrition facts for my Muscle Milk and it says the calories almost double when mixing with milk instead of water.
Do you guys drink milk and do you mix your shakes with water or milk?

I drink milk with all my shakes, skim milk, its just so much better than water.probably say around 5-6 litres a week.

I wouldn't want to be stuck in a car with you after all that milk. Just keep the windows all the way down.

I try to get at least a couple of liters down per day. It doesn't give me any flatulence or stomach distress. I always mix my shakes with milk, it seems perverse not to.

Haven't had a glass of milk in years. I'm completely lactarted.

I was like that in my late teens/early 20's but as I got older my body couldn't handle it. It plugs me up big time now. Now one quart a week is about all my body can handle w/o feeling so bloated that it feels like someone shoved a football up my ass. :worried:

First off try taking the football out fo your ass. 2nd, quit going to the gay bars on roofies.... said ball would not be in said cavity.

MIlk doesn;t bother me a bit - no gas. I use it as a cruch... getting in my cals is a chore, and milk + PB&J help a lot - not so good for the abs, but real good for the PR's.

i drink 8oz of skim in the morning. i'm trying to cut so that's all the empty cal's i need. it tastes so good though, i love milk, i can put down 1 gallon a day without thinking about it but i'm trying to keep carbs low. it's got so much sugar

I use to drink 1 gallon per day... if I remember....its about 128 Grams of Protein per gallon... however...I can see where my mind is...when I hear someone say "MILK" I automatically think of Winny-V!!! SWEET!

I enjoy milk with my protein a lot. I only use it every other day though. I seem to get real bloated if i drink alot of milk.

i love milk! i grew up just drinking milk...kids werehaving apple juice i just wanted milk ahah and still today ihave at least 5 glasses a day (cups?) i'm in college so my only choice is skim or 2% but at home i stay with 1% bc i need the fat

Is having a football up my ass not ok? Damn it i told my girlfriendsomeone was gunna notice.

I drink about a 1.5 to 2 gallons per week. I cut it out when trying to drop some fat though.

The theory I have heard on milk or any other dairy product is that it makes you skin thick, less vascular. Too much sugar

Hell yeh bro ! Whether it be Nesquick, hersheys, or etc. Chocolate Milk is the Best ! I am craving nesquick now..lol But sadly dont have any at the moment :worried: and its too damn late now to hit the store.

my protein shakes taste better with a bit of low fat milk...
also adding 1/4 cup of milk to my morning oatmeal makes it taste amazing...

I panick when I don't have milk in my fridge. I really do wonder if someone has been slipping nicotine into my 2%.

I love milk, but only drink organic. There are problems with cows getting mastitis (from BGH). That is why they give antibiotics. BUT, there may still be some pus that gets in the milk.

Here is a little history tidbit for you'll.

When the Vikings first made it to the Americas they encountered the local Indians. The Vikings tried to make friendly contact and invited the Indians to share some of their food. The next day the Indians attacked the Vikings because they thought that they had been poisoned by them. One of the foods that was shared was milk. The Indians are from Asia and are lactose intolerant, the Vikings are not.

This is a case of a persons genetics determining what food is good for them and what is not. With that thought in mind I recently changed from whey protein, a milk product, to egg white for my protein source. My body feels a lot better with the egg whites then with the whey. I'm a Celt and Celtic oral history has the Celts coming from Asia. Maybe that is why I'm lactose intolerant.

So they brought a cow with them?

If you can tolerate it, milk is one of the best protein sources out there. And no it will not make you instantly fat. I use skim in all protein shakes except for the post-workout.

Wrong Wrong wrong. Where the hell did you come up with that?
I checked at the grocery store.
whole, 2%, 1% and skim all have same sugar content.
Check for yourself.

Just to make sure I just walked to my frig. There is whole milk and there is skim, they both say 12g sugar 8g protein, the only differance is overall cals and fat cals.

Is this true. It actually causes your skin to thicken????

Well not specific to milk. With any diet high in cals or carbs you will put on some fat thus increasing your bf%. Increase in your bf% means less vascular lookin.

khemix drinks a gallon a day...look at his siggy for pictures, can't complain about his results!

Wouldn't vikings be more closely related to celts, than asians? White people generally aren't lactose intolerant.

UHm sorry, but your wrong. The difference between whole, 2%, and skim is the MILK FAT that has been removed. Thats it.

I drink lots of milk, always have, always will. ~2-3gallons a week if not more. Was up to 1g of whole milk aday, but have dropped down a little. Its never given me any stomach issues/gas.

Chocolate Milk rocks!

Whole milk is great for building if you can tolerate it. Food of champs back in the day.
I'd take the fat rather then the sugar.

I can't look at milk without getting cramps or the runs. This includes all lactose reduced forms. I have to drink soy milk and too much of that drives up esto .. so I limit it.

Approx 80%+ of the world's population is lactose intolerant. I do not drink milk. It is not for humans, and we do not digest it well. I buy my kids Soy Milk for their cereal. I know some people swear by it, but it just is not for me. Oh I am not lactose intolerant btw. Seems like us white people are the only ones that do not have a problem with milk, statistically speaking.

yea grate 4 bulking but as soon as i drop the milk i drop the lbs of fat. on a diet will have it on a cheat day. love milk tho that was my nick name 4 a bit in the gym "milky boy" untill i droped it 4 a diet n got my abs n slime looking face back

I stay away from milk. I am not interested in drinking a big glass of puss.

Got puss? Milk does! Check out this web-site and then do a little research. I take all these so called health benefits of milk with a grain of salt. A lot of the "independant" studies saying milk is healthy for you are done by the dairy industry. You can connect the dots.

I love milk!! gonna get my own cow here pretty soon!! (seriously) and a goat too!!! fresh goat milk is pretty f'n tasty!! but I'll probably end up getting the goat before the cow!! easier to deal with and less expensive!! and I like it better fresh!! I don't really buy into the pasteurization thing!!

my mums lacoste intolerent and she's welsh which could almost make her celt. but i'm not lacoste intolerant, does that mean my dad was a viking :worried: I hope so! :chomp:

I love milk - even though i'm on a cutter I drink at least 2 litres of skimmed milk a day, great stuff.

My favorite thing to drink is SKIM MILK. It quenches the thirst, delicious and very good for you. I also mix my whey protein with 8 oz of skim milk.

Human milk is not the same as cow's milk bro.

True but how different are they? bad enough to warrant erradicating it from your diet completely? I just don't buy it.

I think I have the world's strongest milk tolerance. Seriously.

This is my proof.

I once drank a half gallon nestle quick chocolate milk in 5 minutes with no issues. Not so much as a single fart or stomach gurgle. Try drinking that much in 5 minutes some time.

Milk, does a body good.

Europe got 95% lactose tolelence people just because here we drinking milk centuries, so the body forced to produce the enjyme lactase for the absorption.Lactase normally exist only when we are babies and drink mothers milk.

Milk is for pussies and babies that suck on titties....eat steak instead with a glass of water.....wtf milk is useless unless you want a 75 series tire around your waist.

yea you can just need an industrial blender. make sure you get a nice bonless top round sirloin though. blends nicely with oj

What about the protein content. Milk is a very good source of it.
W/out milk and nuts I'd never reach my caloric limit.

if thats the only way you can get cals in then it will do but def not the best way....too much lactose sugar for the amount of protein....almost like trying to get protein requirements from peanut butter....you'd take in massive amounts of fat.

I love the shit...ESPECIALLY WITH COOKIES! sorry still post contest slamming here and there. But I do love milk. no lactose issues. I do drink probably 3/4 gallon a week off season. Not bragging but I do have a gifted metabolism so do not take this as advice. I HAVE to eat bad food in addition to my good food to gain any weight. if you are not like that keep the milk to a minimum. And I disagree witah Arnold, Milk is far better for you than beer..Amber Ultra by my side. First beer in 20 weeks. Only one I will have tonight too....but I will smoke a lot of pot, eat cake, and fucking drink a shit load of milk!

Quad

milk does the body good!! my ancestors drank milk for god knows how many thousands of years thus I feel well adapted to handle up to 3/4 of a gallon a day and I don't tend to have gas/digestive trouble... that may not be the case with everybody or every race!! sidenote... I've never heard or read that the celts were of asian descent!! anybody with back-up knowledge on this pm me!!
