Which of my Supps is fucking up my stomach?

Got a blood test 2 months ago and it said my red blood cell count was really low. Diagnosed me with Anemia, and i had to see a gastrolgist and have him shove a camera in my stomach to see what was up. He said today that I don't have any Ulsers, cancer, or bacteria. He said my stomach is just really irriated and he thinks my stomach my be having an allergic reaction to something. Anyway, my stomach hurts and feels fucked up pretty much daily for the past few months. I noticed that this roughly began when I started training and taking Supplements. Which leads me to believe that my stomach irritation is from one of my supplements.
My current supplements are as followed:
1. Optimum Multi Vit
2. Biotest Myo-Stat
3. Lean-System 7 (Although i used thermo-dynamix and hot-rox the previous 2 mths during of which i still had the stomach irritation)
4. Myoplex MRP's
5. Optimum Whey
6. Designer Whey
7. GNC Fish Oil pills

This is my current supplement list and is the same stuff I have been on since my stomach irritation. I know its not caused by food, just because.... so it has to be one of these supps. I'm thinking its the thermo-genics and I should just give them a kick. Although it may be the Myo-Stat. My stomach pain is ridiculous at times guys, and i could use your help on what you think may be causing it. Thanks
 
Definitely remove the thermogenics from your regimend, also the myo-stat and possibly the fish oil pills. Pills can cause the stomach irritation. Remove all that you can "live without", namely, the one's I mentioned, and see how it goes from there. Concentrate on getting more iron in you for the next few weeks. I'm sure the doc prescribed some for you.
 
Check the ingredients - I found that anything Sugar Free jacked my stomach up. Particularly Apartamene and Maltitol. Also if you are chewing sugar free gum you might have stomach upsets.
 
myo-stat is wasted money first of all....second of all, stop taking everything except MRP's and then slowly add things back in to gauge what the problem is. Whats the point of lifting to look and feel good, when what you take makes you feel like shit. Just mess around with different things...tweak according to your body
 
I'm wondering if you are showing signs of lactose intolerance. Try some lactase enzyme with your whey (Lactaid or a store brand equilvalent) and see if the pain goes away.
My lactose intolerance started with pain in my gut before it progressed to other unpleasant and preferably unmentionable symptoms.

I wouldn't delete the fish oil pills yet... they're supposed to be a potent anti-inflammatory. If you can live with the symptoms, eliminate one item from the list every three days until you figure out the culprit. Start with what seems to you the most likely.

Add back all but the offending supplement when you figure it out, and hopefully it not the combination of supplements that's causing the problem.

Also DO NOT take iron as mentioned above unless your anemia is specifically iron deficiency....otherwise too much iron is toxic to the body. Anemia does not equal iron problem, all of the time
 
Well guys I eliminated all of the supplements except the whey for about a week. My stomach is still trashed. I don't know what the hell is going on. I just started this new training program with this badass pro body-builder as my trainer and he has got me on a shit load of new supplements. And I really don't wanna cut those out cuz I just dropped some serious cash for my broke college ass. Right now I'm on
1. CLA
2. Acetyl - L Carnitine
3. V-12
4. Opti-Men Mult Vit
5. Amino 2222 tabs
6. SAN's Loaded
7. Whey and occasional MRP

As you can see I dropped all of my previous supplements, and got a different multi-vitamin. My stomach is still quite fucked up. It normall kicks in around 8pm at night and makes it tough for me to sleep. I don't know what my deal is. I'm seeing my doctor on Thursday, but I don't think she knows anything about sports supplements and how they effect you. Hopefully all of my pill popping isn't causing this shit. So thats that
