When you guys cheat do you drink the soda?

what is McDonalds? , Taco Smell ? l hear you can eat there, but it's not food.
No fast food in over a year, no refined flour, and very little sugar.
But i do cheat , Starbuck's Grande Coffee Frappacinno Affagoto style, MMMM
And I do have a diet soda occasionally , but I never really bulk or cut, pretty much same diet all the time just increase protein and add a meal while on.

what is afaggot style? I mean besides leg warmers and sequens.

The taste of diet soda doesn't bother me. I don't think twice about it. Reg Pepesi would taste way to sweet for me now to appreciate. So I'll get a double cheeseburger and a grilled chicken sandwich from BK and a diet soda regardless.

and if you're that worried, next time get the biggest fuckin soda you can order and drink down as much of it as you can before you take your first bite. all that liquid and carbonation will fill you up fast and you won't eat as much.

hell yeah, I love that place, I'm unsure of the amount of protein in it though, so I would throw in a protein shake afterwards just to be sure
