After a cheat meal just can't image the idea of washing down all that "junk" I've eating with more junk. Always nothing but water for drinking (I look at diet sodas as a snack). Drinking water gives me a clean, almost cleansing type feeling.

Just drink diet soda and then you don;t have to worry. But drinking one can of soda a week won't do anything. You taking thing way to serious if you think your gonna get fat from one soda.
Coke zero is definitely the shit. Plus once you get used to diet soda, regular stuff seems like syrup anyways. I don't even eat that great and I still don't drink soda.
