I have been using Skeletal Balm (from needto) applied to the main joints. For me this is normally just shoulders, it feels much better that when I don't use it, I am sure it is getting me a few more reps/workout.
I want to try the cissius as well, but I do not think it will replace my Skeletal Balm. I never noticed anything with glucosamine used it for about 6 months as I heard it was slow to have a noticeable effect.
