Whats everyone's diet look like??

just wanted an oppurtunity for everyone to post their diet to compare or critique. cutting,bulking,keto etc

right now im pretty much maintaining, trying to shed some body fat. 6'1, 215lb, 15%bf. sorry i dont have the protein/carb/fat breakdown.

meal 1:2 scoops prot. customizer morning formula,1c skim milk,
80g oatmeal.,1 tbsp flax oil,vitamins, hydroxycut

meal2: 1 can tuna, 2 pc whole wheat bread, creatine

meal 3: chicken breast, 80g brown rice

workout

meal 4: P/W shake, 2 scoops CFM whey,40g malto,40g dext.,
creatine, (glutamine 30 min later)

meal 5: 6 egg whites, 40g oatmeal or beans

meal 6: chicken breast, 1 c veggies or cantaloupe

meal 7: 1 can tuna, 1c veggies (usually broccoli)

bedtime: 2 scoops prot. cust. nighttime formula, 1 tbsp flax oil
 
roughly soeaking this is it, the order may change if i work out that day, the shake coming up right after workout with some carbs as well

im cutting, trying to follow a p/c/f of 40/30/30, but usually end up on non workout days with a 50/20/30 :D


meal 1: 1 scoop caesin, milk, 2 slices wholemal bread or cereal

meal 2: 2 eggs, hell of a lot of ham, 2 slices bread, low fat cheese (v. small amount)

meal 3: chicken/turkey salad (lots of ham and oil)

meal 4: chicken breasts, veggies, oil

meal 5: protein shake with v.low carb soya milk
 
diet

I'm bulking, trying to gain 1 or 2 pounds a week, and working out 3 days then taking a day off. Because of this diet, I don't feel overtrained at all.

I'm also not really trying to eat 'clean', just get lots of natural protein sources in, like whole eggs, milk and beef. A very old-school diet.

meal 1: toast, butter, jam, milk, eggs
meal 2: juice, fruit
workout
meal 3: protein shake, juice, sweet treats (~75g of carbs, usually chocolate and tapioca puddings)
meal 4,5,6: hamburger helper, protein shake

Bedtime: protein shake

I've been doing a modified Mr.X's 'cycle bulking' approach, so aiming for extra calories on workout days, and just about starving myself (calaoric deficit) on rest days. I've gained 7 pounds in 4 weeks and my waist is the same size. Strength is up :) I'm supplementing with post workout creatine and glutamine, vitamins.

I'll keep sticking with this diet, even though its very strange, since it seems to be working.
 
bump, im about to start a ckd and want to get some ideas of how people set up thier diets. if your on a ckd please share what it looks like. thanks
 
Not a CKD, but here's my cutting diet. Works out to roughly 1700-1800cals 160g protein, 50g carbs, 70g fat

Meal 1:

Shake with
1c. milk
.5c. blueberries
.5c. dry oatmeal
1 scoop whey
2 tbsp flax oil
1 tsp cinnamon

Meal 2.

Protein Bar

Meal 3.

4 slices roast beef
1 slice pepper jack cheese
1 cup carrots

Meal 4.

1 can tuna

Meal 5.

large grilled chicken breast
1 slice pepper jack cheese
2 cups raw spinach
1 tbsp Olive Oil
