What is the BEST way for me to broaden my Shoulders?

Upright rows will definitely do it. Try grabbing the bar with your end fingers not touching the bar, that is, with your thumbs doing most of the work. Don't go wide with the grip either. Go a bit narrower than shoulder width. Also, I just tried behind the neck pull downs. These are something else. I thought I'd target my lats, but the next day I felt some muscles I wasn't expecting. If you want broad shoulders then you have to choose your parents wisely. I always had em even before I started training. However you can broadebn them a little with side laterals with dumbells and Llateral raises too. Along with heavy benching develop the side shoulders and the front well and you can get the 3D type of look with a lot of hard training.
