What have you guys used to avoid strechmarks?

A creme called tretinoin with retinacid/tretenotin also called vitamin A-acid helps alot, use it for about ½ a year!

i am one big strechmark :bawling:

ABSOLUTELY NOTHIN MAN THEY ARE A SIGN OF GROWTH, WEAR THEM PROUD. MY GIRL WAS LIKE "OH MY THOSE ARE NASTY"AND WENT AND GRABBED THE LOTION AND STARTED RUBBING IT ON ME AND i WAS LIKE WHATEVER THEY ARE THE GOOD ONE NICE AND PINK AND NEW

Cardio and not lifting weights are probably the best methods. For the rest of us, we just suffer through them. The worst thing about them is that you spend all that time trying to improve your physique, and what do you get but nasty ass stretch marks. It looks like my chest and arms gave birth recently

i dont have any marks but I heard udder balm works great. The thing that gives most people marks are those cable crossovers for the chest, my friends get pissed, thats why I don't do them.

>CerealKiller: hey slinky.......where can you buy that creme????<

You have to get a prescription from your doc, to buy in a drug store (apotek)

I don't know what you can do to avoid stretch marks other than avoiding weight training altogether. As far as what you can do once you have them to help fade them are: get a tan (seems to make them less noticable), retin-a, mederma, and/or palmer's lotion. Of course they do fade with time as well.
