Glass of milk (8 0z or so)
Double cheeseburger....George foreman style
about 12 ounces of stirfry veggies
Lean cuisine meal (same)
3 cans of tuna
Low fat oreos
Milk water etc
Healthy choice bowl (chicken, pasta, veggies)
