Were to inject in my quads?

Hi can anyone help in letting me know how to safely inject into my quad? I have been told its were ur wallet sits in your pocket and I also been told to quater my leg up on a side and inject in top right corner? All replys gr8ly appreciated.

run line in the midle of tight from hips to knee. second line in the midle of tight from side to side. u get 4 quatres. the uppest outside quatre is your pinning area.....did u get it ??
