Sorry if you mentionned it somewhere but i was just wondering what was your 1 rep max for bench press, squat and deadlift when you started compared to now

When I started the journal? It's hard to tell because I was on cycle at the beginning of the journal then I went off cycle and lost some strength, got injured, it's all here, but yeah I got some improvements anyway, specially at full depth squats and also upper back thickness and width. My bench it's the weakest point ever, but it's slowly going up.

My ribs didn't bother me this time, so I will work it up from here, if my patience allows it... lol

good job bro. keep pushing hard. youre bench will go up. i barely used to be able to bench a 45 on each side. now im repping 2 plates on each side.

Nothing else, don't feel like working out lately, so I'm just going to the gym and do stuff that's 100% effective.
 
Maybe de-load?

I started one this week. Almost waited too long. Everything felt twice as heavy as usual but it takes care of that 'I don't want to go to the gym' feeling.
