I read through your log from page 1 last night & I noticed how mannearly everypage I had left comments taking the piss and thinking Im better than you, sorry
Had fun on squats, but nicht so gut on deads, I tried a close stance (foot wide) which changed my leverage completely and felt weird on my right side ribs, belt also caused friction burn on my fat belly's skin, hopefully better next time, but not so sure if I will make my 500 goal.
I was also a bit wasted from the previous squats, so maybe that's why my deads suffered a bit
Today I got my kit of PL bands (red, green and blue) from APT pro gear and Tommy Kono knee sleeves, from now on Tuedays will D.E squats and M.E deads and Fridays vice-versa.
