My lower back cramped on the right side, right at beginning of the training while warming up. Otherwise good workout.

I think I can nail the 505 on a month let us see....

Going from 395 to 505 on the DL in one month will get you a Gold Star! And I will have to force you to put your recipe for that up here.

505 was one of those weights for me that took a long time to pull. I coul6 get 495 and 515, but for some reason when 505 was on the bar, it was like someone turned on the floor magnets.

Last time peaked I did 470lbs, so I think I can manage something here, if not in a month, I will definetely do so when I'm back on cycle, if I don't hurt myself trying.

Public commitment helps me alot. Wish me luck bro.

Routine passes with flying colors, not the rainbow type though, my little carrot pie :qt: :biggrin:
