My right delt does not enjoy pinning lol, favourite place is quads :/ even with prop it seriously isn't that bad for me, but my mate who is using basically the same prop limps like a bitch when he does his quad, just shows everyone is different I guess, I pinned my quad thursday and worked friday for 8 hours standing and walking around and was fine.
Anyway besides having oily as fuck skin, no other notable sides, BP is slightly elevated if elevated at all, formeron seems to be keeping bloat and estro sides away for now, have just entered week 3 and I am up 8.2lbs :O strength and endurance are up heaps and am absolutely smashing workouts. Seems like a lot of weight to put on in 2 and a bit weeks? face isn't moon faced, and before this for 3-4 weeks I was only putting on a bit of weight and at a bit of a plateau. Overall feeling is awesome, confidence and general demeanour is just alpha as fuck lol.
