But this isn't the easiest stuff to get. Plus it has risks of its own.
The following foods and herbs are know to have diuretic properties:
Celery seed (and plant)
Parsley
Dandelion
Juniper berries
Asparagus
Artichoke
Melon
Cranberry Juice
Green Tea
Nettle
There are many natural diruretic products out there that contain some of these. Obviously watch your sodium intake.
clonidine reduces bloat ? i have high blood pressure and have used clonidine to lower my bp when i was on growth and tren. if you use it be very careful as it has major blood pressure reducing results and if you dont have high bp you could lower it too much and thats not good either. it isnt that hard to get and if you want it drop me an email and id be happy to help. clonidine is a very old bp med and will make you very drowsy. it isnt prescribed very often as there are much better bp meds. it was actually touted as a gh enhancer by older guru's but because of the side effects is not reccomended by anyone anymore.
