Ways to reduce HGH bloat?

A little over a week through my first run with human growth hormone - somatropin - ...

started off at 2.0 iu's, bumped it up to 2.5 iu's yesterday. ramping up to 3, then running it at that dose for 5-6 months at least. everyday though, no 5/2 or 6/1 split

it's bloating the fuck out of me though. face, chest, stomach. I hate that look!!
No joint pain really or tingly hands/carpal tunnel

anyways to reduce this? or does it just run its course? I love the energy/endurance and its making my hair nice and thick!!!!!!!!! but the bloat sucks

not even test bloats me this bad.

sucks, i have a date tonight and my face is puffy!!!!!!!!!
 
I have heard of HGH using this with success:

But this isn't the easiest stuff to get. Plus it has risks of its own.

The following foods and herbs are know to have diuretic properties:

Celery seed (and plant)
Parsley
Dandelion
Juniper berries
Asparagus
Artichoke
Melon
Cranberry Juice
Green Tea
Nettle

There are many natural diruretic products out there that contain some of these. Obviously watch your sodium intake.

my doc actually prescribed that for me for sleep...

but it's not a good idea to take that during the day. it makes you sleepy, and a big no no if you take stimulants of any sort (even caffeine)

Come on now, your ONLY into like your second week of HgH at 2~2.5 iu's and you have bloat already??? First off, why are you only going to do it for 5~6 months? Your wasting your money and you won't see anything! Second, why are you not doing the 5 on 2 off split? Again, it's a waste to do it everyday and not give the body that 2 day break. If your bloated up like a waterballoon after only a week of HgH use, I'm really wondering what your injecting..Is it REALLY HgH?
 
^^^i dont agree with this post .. i got sides within 2 weeks on hgh .. little bloat, carpet tunnel,itchy skin .. IMO the benefits of hgh take time .. but sides can come asap.. also 6 months he will see good results .. longer would be better .. but deff not to short, that he wont see nothing .. lotta people use hgh in 6 month on& off runs

i take 5 ius everyday...whats the point in taking 2 days off a week?
 
I never experienced any bloat with GH. Everyone's different, though. I've been using it for a long time, almost a year on this latest run. What are you cycling? problem could be there.
