dude i think u r doing too much assistance if your big 3 arent going up.
my big 3
are going up.
heres the exercises I do
Chest - flat BB, incline DB, cable cross
Back - deads, one arm row, chins
Legs - ATG squats, RDL, leg extensions, calves
Shoulders - seated press, laterals supersetted with front raises
Tri's - deep dips, overhead extensions supersetted with pushdowns
Bi's - chins, bb curl, machine preacher
sometimes after legs I will do 1 heavy set of walking db lunges round the gym.
hardly too much really? each exercise is 3 sets of each, with the exception being rows and dips. I do 5 sets of dips and 4 sets of rows.
