I was looking into this stuff today. Looks like Sweed and some others had been trying it, anyone want to comment on it at this point? I'm planning on replacing gatoraide (I drink during workouts) with the fruit stuff with 'lytes and replacing the dextrose in my post-workout drink with unflavored (I'll be using ON whey and ON creatine). Even wit diluting the gatoraide and chasing my whey/dex with water, they still sit in my stomach forever (I feel bloated now, and I had them 2 hours ago). Anyone new try this stuff? Anyone who tried it earlier want to update?
