I'm trying right now Daisy's sample cutting diet plan but I don't know how many veggies should I eating..is it unlimited???, so if I good understand I can't it count it as carbs. And one more question how many fat should I use?..is peanut butter good source of fat?

thanks for help

The general measure of veggies is around 1-2 cups (larger measure for the "fluffy" vegies like lettuce, spinach, etc.) and they are pretty much unlimited. Mostly you woudl want to watch the sweeter (more sugar) vegies like carrots, etc. The green & leafy ones are unlimited.

NATURAL peanut butter is a good source of fat, but you would want to limit the amounts to maybe 1-2 tbsps at a time because it does have some carb in it. Regular peanut butter is really processed and has lots of sugar in it so it doesn't really have the equivalent value.
