vascularity/strength cycle

Like I said in my post above, vascularity can be achieved naturally through low body fat, and it also depends on genetics a little. You might want to consider some aas for EXTREME strength increase, or if you want moderate energy bost, there are alternatives to aas.

Bro, why don't you look into Protea body for some products like Lean Fast or Explosive Burn. They are not aas. They are not prohormones. They are harmless supplements that will get you ripped. Getting ripped means you will get vascular and look great.
Most of these suppl. have caffeine and other ingredients that will give you energy in the gym, if thats what you're worried about.

No offense but for training 3 years and all that gear I would think your lifts would be much stronger. I think you can probably see better results if you get off that 5x5 and commit to 5-6 days a week in the gym.
 
I'd stay away from winny, it'll give you vascularity but it's too dangerous to do strength training on it. Stick to something that won't dry up joints.
 
Best vascularity drugs are EQ, var, halo and tren. Actually, if your BF is real low, anadrol will really make your veins bulge. Anadrol increases RBC much better than any drug. That's why doctors use it for anemics.

Get the BF down to 10-12% EQ and var, then top off the last 3 weeks with halo, and your veins will be all over the place.


IIRC, AAP said when he was on EQ, tren, halo, and he said his vascularity was the craziest it have ever been.
