I am in my mid forties, wiegh 218, bf around 15%. I want to do a third cycle focusing on vascularity,muscular hardness,strength. i have been training for 3 years seriously. My first cycle was sus 500 ew, (10wks) deca 600 (10wks), dbol 30 ed first and last 4 weeks. My second cycle was 750 test e, 600 eq, 40 dbol last 4 weeks (went 14 weeks with a two week break with HCG.
I looked the most vascular at 212. Id like to beat that by 5-7 lbs and keep my dead over 405 x 5, bench 265 x 5, squat 275 x 5. What thinks yee about 15 weeks eq 600, test E 500, Deca 400? Maybe cut the deca the last 2 weeks and do 60mg dbol.
Also by mainetence calories are 2400 a day (not including exercise). Any diet suggestions.
I almost forgot i am doing a 5x5 routine Squat/squat/row 3xwk, dead 1x week, accessory work on arms and midsection 2x week. Also i do 3 sets of farmers walks with 125lb dumbells 3xweek (heaviest dumbells in the gym)
