how much protein do you guys count protein heros as?? i mean regular turkey breast on a hero roll that you get at a deli...i mean average..i know it depeneds on how much proetin but could anyone give me an approx. range..i was thinking like 25-30??

No, no one can give you a range, we don't know how much turkey is on the sandwich.

depends on how large the roll is... and how generous the shop is with the meat they put on it. I just had a pastrami roll that was PACKED with meat so Im thinking this baby would have about 30g of protein at least. Only cost me £1.80 too!!! It did have cream cheese too though and dill pickele (YUM).

trouble is they only had white rolls left but I was hungry.
