as of lately my triceps have been failing before my chest does on almost all my chest exercises (DB Press, BB Press, incline, flat, decline, ect. except for flies and so out), is this impeding my growth? I find my triceps are actually fairly strong when i work them out, but it doesnt seem to keep par with my chest, my workout partner suggester pre-fatigueing my chest with fly's and what not, but i dont really see how this will solve my problem, i mean am i stuck with this or there a way to close the gap I dunno if stats would help. but max bench 290lbs, max close grip 205lbs, i dunno i can give more stats if someone thinks it would help them.. thanks..
