Training during period

Hey gals!
I was wondering if it is ok to train and workout on period days, or I should rather not train? Is there any reason physically why I should not train in these days?
 
It is perfectly fine to train while having your menstrual cycle. In fact, it will actually help immensely with reducing cramps because it gets the blood flowing.

Your body is also going through a hormonal roller coaster during your menstrual cycle. Training will raise serotonin levels (your body's feel good hormone) and make you feel better.
