Anything processed that has a long shelf life which is probably 90% of a grocery store. I like to try and get organic meats but it’s so expensive at times. Walmart has a three pack of organic ground beef for $19 each pound, I usually use three of those a week. I’m addicted to it especially with eggs and some jasmine rice, it’s basically my go to meal
