I say if it makes them happy, then WTF do I care?

I am still trying to figure how it is that there are fat vegetarians. I mean, if it is supposed to be a *healthier way* of eating then shouldn't they be "not fat" at the very least?
I have serious digestive issues and to be honest, I've never noticed a difference in the way my tummy and bowels feel when I eat fish or tofu as opposed to chicken, beef, eggs.

... so I honestly don't *get it*. Dairy is a different story but that isn't because it is an animal product. It is because of the lactose.
