Is it fish? I don't know for sure if he eats fish or not. He just said he does't eat meat. Like he wouldn't even eat a small piece of the chicken recipe that they had to cook for their task. He didn't even want to taste the sauce that he had cooked with the chicken. I have to admit he's a little bit vaggy for that.

Vegan won't touch dairy, they won't eat honey because bees work for it, etc. It's more of a cult like belief. It seems once a year some vegan parents will make the news because their infant died malnourished because they wouldn't breastfeed or give formula with any kind of animal products.

I have yet to meet a healthy looking vegan.

they won't even eat bee shit? That's fucking hysterical....:lmao:

I was an ovo-lacto vegan for awhile.

You have to know what you are doing and eat really healthy otherwise you end up with nutritional deficiencies, B12 is quite common, so engivita yeast supplements are required.

Sea veggies/seaweed is pretty much necessary as well.

I have also been vegetarian for a long time. For the most part, I followed macrobiotics.

I am glad I did, I learned how to cook a lot more foods and in a lot more ways than I would have if I had carried on with a more traditional diet.

I have found that my body does really like to eat meat, I do much better on a really high protein diet.

How often do you eat meat? I've completely maintained my mass on eating eat "maybe" once a month. I just had steak last weekend but before that it was ahwile. I eat fish a few times a week, but my main protein intake is from lentils, and supplementary protein is hemp. The hemp protein especially is where I can feel the difference. The stuff I always got from GNC made me gassy and bloaty, you could feel it sit in your stomach. THe hemp protein actually gives me energy after I drink it, in short order. It's fucking amazing. The reason for that apparently is that undisturbed vegetable proteins pass the gut lining without much of a to-do. But the isolates, like whey, although they have a higher protein content they do not become as bioavailable as the vegetable sources. That was the claim with the Isopures' was that they made a digestable why protein. But apparently once the temperature of the bottle changes "just one degree", the stability of the protein ions is destroyed.......I dunno, just what i've been reading.

I have hemp protein that is disgusting.

I don't use whey protein that much, in fact, I try to avoid it.

Typically I will have some with oats in the morning, sometimes post work-out.

I have odd days where I don't have meat in every meal, sometimes I have tofu, eggs or cottage cheese, but for the most part, it is every meal, and I have 4-7 meals a day.

I mix up the type of meat, chicken, turkey, chicken, and beef are basically my main sources of protein.

really? my hemp protein just tastes like peanut powder, not bad but not great on it's own. I just mix it with banana's and peanut butter and some chocolate milk.

I get my hemp protein from manitobaharvest.

This one is from myprotein.co.uk, it is unflavoured, unsweetened and it is green.

It looks more like a mud face mask than something you eat.

I love their other unflavoured whey proteins, this is just minging.
