I think the easiest way to start curbing the out of control kids that seem to be getting younger and younger and more and more violent is to pass laws to have the parents held responsible for the actions of their children (under 18 or 16) have them pay fines, and be subject to numerous hours of parental training with their offspring. Maybe then some parents (those who need to) will find some motivation in raising and disciplining their children better or lose their children completely to have them raised in an institution equipped to deal with children such as these.

ya, lets lock them up in a facility that breeds more isolation, dysfunction, and violence. Im sure that will help.

What else would you do?

Rehabilitate in the home?
What if you can't?
How can you rehabilitate a child that learns their bad behavior from their parents - what do you do with them?

What if I said put them down like a bad dog or a lame horse?

You'd think I was a heartless human being, right?

I have news for you - for some kids growing up in their homes, even what is considered a good one has more isolation, dysfunction and violence than a facility.

obviously those kids never had any guidance or hard paddling at home. shit I didn't know an 8-9 yo could be capable of such things. i don't remember sporting wood til I was about 11 or 12.
