I did take it to Apple, first thing I did actually. They told me it would cost them 175.00 to fix it. I figured I would pony up the quarter and get a new phone. I didn't know it would be refurbished until I got it in the mail. Their customer service is obsolete. They rank an 'F' on BBB.

And talk about wierd... I ran across GE's sales manager last night at dinner. I asked him about Johns Hopkins (it was a flagship account for us) and he said they were switching to EPIC as well.
More or less for folks who are on the go and need to have cpu capability at the palm of their hand. Hence why tablets were created.
Ipads are killer though compared to its competition.
I like apple stuff, love my macair/touch, just get more ability from google phones than the I4 ... my friends I4S is super sweet though.... SIRI "what do I do if I have no money for drugs?" Answer: "neal and open your mouth". Its pretty dope though honestly.
