Pretty much. I stay on 500 mgs test/week and every couple months I'll add an additional compound like Deca or eq and run it 1--12 wks. These days going over 1000mgs a week just isn't happening. If I'm not competing it seems like a waste cuz I don't look that much better on 1000 mgs/wk than I do on 3000 mgs/wk. I prefer to be the ripper-but I wasn't blessed with the genetics to be 4% yr round-so I dance with the one that brung me. Fat is where it's at. lol
