This Got Overlooked

Also if 2 people are 5'10" at 210 lets say natty. Should they be able to jump on? Of course if age and training history/ diet is all there.
But lest say one guy is 10-12% and the other is 18-20%.
The guy with 18-20% obviously has to lose some fat first.
A lot of factors but we catch your drift.
I also think people underestimate their bf. I try to stay conservative.

I think it's based on your base line. My natural weight starting was 235 if I started right then I would probably be 270 right now without too much difficulty. I am putting some strength rules on myself. I really want to get to where all my lifts are 3 plates and higher before I go into anything. according to the 160 rule I was big enough when I was 11 years old.

Just saying. I agree but not completely and totally.. and does anyone miss those 2 and 3000 calorie shakes? MEGA MASS!! Man I loved those. Grew like mold on good cheese.

And why do people keep saying you need to have a 12 or 11 or 15% bodyfat to cycle up?

I still get people say to me, "your all fake" "its all steroids" like its a magic drug, that i just pin myself and wake up the next morning big... alot of people dont realize it takes hard work dedication commitment strong will, so i understand why alot of young guys shoot themselves hoping the magic juice will make them look like the magazine they read in the bathroom... sadly but thats what this whole country is made of lazy out of shape fuckers looking for a shortcut... just my 0.02

You hit it dead on, Housemus!! theres no miracle drug, you must put in the time lift properly and nutrition.

Because if your 18-20+% you look like shit. Like me right now! lol I'll be in single digits before I cycle again because the results will be so much better!

agreed 100% im only 5'5'' and was able to reach 200lb at 17% bf all natty. all the gym rats that try to stay skinny all the time acused me of juicing all the time. now that i do they just stare at me lol. they dont think it has anything to do with the fact that while their eating a little tray of tuna salad im shoveling in 15 oz of steak and a heaping bowl of oats.

i agree with this, when i started working out i was SKINNY, pure ecto im talking 5'8 110lbs :s .
now im 5'8 160, aprox 11%bf. took alot of hard work and good diet for sure. i dont plan on using for a little bit. this shows that the 160 rule is bunk, but it does prove that you can gain good solid mass naturally also ;)

Rediculus is a very tall dude, he is just being a smart:mommakin:

That's why he is saying that at 11yo he was 160 already...

What Nelson meant to say is for all the supposed "hardgainers" who don't no shit about diet, spend more time at the mirror and clusterfucking their training instead of eating and training properly...

If there is no problem about your health there is no reason why you shouldn't be gaining quality mass through diet and training alone, at least this should be exploited to the max and only then you should take the juice road...

Agree with the principal here. I think the true judge/gauge of when you are ready for steroids is if you have (and can apply) the diet and training knowledge and principles required to grow naturally. If you've proven to yourself you can alter your physique to gain muscle mass and lose fat without drugs, then you are ready for adding the drugs as an aide to do so.

If you are only using drugs and don't have the ability to manipulate your body composition naturally through diet and training (just reading about it doesn't count) you have no business with these drugs. As soon as you go off you will resort back to baseline where you started with a wicked bout of depression to boot.

I tend to agree with Nelson. Also there are too many young boys out there taking AAS. I know a couple of guys who will not work out unless they are on steroids. A couple of mullets.
