This Got Overlooked

Rediculus is a very tall dude, he is just being a smart:mommakin:

That's why he is saying that at 11yo he was 160 already...

What Nelson meant to say is for all the supposed "hardgainers" who don't no shit about diet, spend more time at the mirror and clusterfucking their training instead of eating and training properly...

If there is no problem about your health there is no reason why you shouldn't be gaining quality mass through diet and training alone, at least this should be exploited to the max and only then you should take the juice road...

Bingo.

Right on bro.

Its all relative and goal dependant, but I agree. Whatever someone uses AAS for whether it be vanity purposes, competitive bodybuilding, football, mma, boxing, cycling whatever --> it wont make you something your not.

@ the end of the day your "base" is all that you have. You dont have to be a hulking monster, but remember that AAS will only improve what you already have/are - it wont create something completely different.

i think that genetics play a very large roll in this issue. for instance an old teammate of mine only weighed 135-140 on any given day and could eat much more than i could. being a good friend of mine we went to the gym together most of the time and seeing what he was doing i knew he should be at least 10 or 15 pounds heavier than he was for how much he ate and how he trained (he could eat mcdonalds all day and not gain anything, he didn't of course he kept pretty clean as far as i know). i finally met his dad one day and found out why he was so skinny. his dad was skinnier than my friend was. like skip from napoleon dynamite almost but even smaller. so after graduating i didn't see him for a couple years and when i did he was up to around 160 he said. he told me he had done one cycle of test at 250mg/wk for 13 weeks. i knew that with his diet this was easily achievable. so to make my point, not everyone is the same and to say that a certain weight works for everyone is ludicrous. i have no qualms with someone juicing under 160lbs as long as they know what they are doing and don't get greedy. just like anyone else. just my opinion though. :)

You gotta love ole Nelson quoting himself.. I did not stop laughing for five minutes after I read the original thread about this topic. Good times. Good Times.

lol true dat at 11 I was 5 foot 10...Didn't grow much after that. And to those that say dont' cycle up unless your Bodyfat is low? I disagree perhaps don't expect the AAS to reduce your bodyfat or at least not significantly..But I will gain far more muscle at 14 or 20 percent bodyfat than you will at a steady 8 or 9 percent. I tend to agree with neslon as well because it makes me look smarter!

I took my first cycle @ 200lbs. I gained from 160 (at 6'2") to 200lbs in only 15 weeks you guys.

Of course, my body fat went from 9% to 16%, but still. I did my first cycle 6 months into training (which was a big mistake I might add) but I stayed at 200 lbs for 3 months, and got stronger and leaner slowly while in the process. I plateaued due to my then lack of training knowledge. So i took aas. Wrong choice for me then. I went to 205 is all, but my BF drop to 10%. I was looking pretty darn good for only 9 months of training. Than I got sick and lost it all, dropped to 170lbs after 3 months of pnuemonia.

Anyways, I have to shake my head and laugh at guys who complain about being a hard gainer. I am naturally a lurpy weakiling, the typical "hardgainer". 15 weeks of hard training and diet I put on 40 lbs( about 40% of which was lean muscle.) No bullshit about it.

You know how I got there so quickly?

I ate 5000 calorie a day and I counted them closely to ensure I was getting atleast that many. Simple as that. Even if it made me sick.

I don't even eat that many calories now, and I weigh 228 (at 13%).

EAT FOOD!!!!!!!!

how tall are you dabuff?

Ok and honestly...Celltech was my first or 2nd real "delve" into what creatine could do...I doubled the shake before a workout and I did get GREAT pumps. Addictive pumps and I felt my strength improving too.. I think sometimes people bag on the "natural supplements" a little too much. These in my opinion are the KEY to getting the results you need on and off cycle.
