im 20 yrs old 197 pounds.. more ripped than anything else.. work out religiously 5 days a week.. one muscle group a day.. high high high calorie diet to gain/maintain my weight. very healthy diet.. ive gained about 15 pounds in the last months just with diet and workin hard.. was thinkin bout 500mg sust - 400mg deca per week for 10 weeks... worth it or no..??
