started next phase. front load 1gm each sust/deca. adding dbol in couple days for 4 weeks or so. i still want to do 5x5 but i keep running into things with work so i keep on with what i know. isnt life grand?!

Yeah, it does. That front load of 1g sust and deca is not bad. soon I will front load some eq.

I do incline bench, flat bench and fly's 8-15 reps light to medium weight, all dumbell curls, cable press downs, ropes and tricep extensions, back, wide grip behind neck, narrow grip pull downs and seated rows, shoulders are side laterals, front raises, shoulder presses, shrugs and upright rows, legs squats rear/front, leg curls, and then lot's of calf raises. All in the 8-15 rep range light to medium weight.

Sure, I'm working back up on my strength. You would be surprised at how my max weights aren't near what you would expect. After hitting 405 bench, curling 225, squating 465 and military press at 315, I ne3ed to be much more careful now that I am not so spry as I once was. LOL

Jesus how can you curl 225!?

I've been stuck on the same number on curling for freaking ever now.

You should try uniq's sarm but I don't know what you'll see of it compare to what you are on.
