Thanks for the tip Omega...L-Glutamine

Thought I shopuld share this,

I seen Omega advise someone to take L-glute for muscle stiffness - I normally take 10mg PWO.

Anyway, I just did 2 workouts whick should have left me REALLY SORE...

1. 2 sets of widowmaker squats over 3 days (First squats I have done in 4 months)
2. Omegas chest routine

Belive me, I push HARD when I train.

I increased the l-glute ot 25mg a day and I am nowhere near as stiff as I should be. S*it works...

Thought I would share.
 
yes Omega and glut are the shit. i don't care what anybody says glut works. I can totally tell when i've missed a day of it. even if it doesn't trully work, the fake effect is good enough!!!!!!
 
interesting mwm5 that glutamine even helps u, as from memory ur consuming 500 grams of protein per day, which I'm guessing would be 80+ glutamine.

I've beeing using glut on omega workouts and think it shortens recovery too. Is it better than an equivalent dose of leuice though?
 
I use glutamine peptides from True Protein. Add 5g into my PWO (which already has 5g), and 5g at bedtime in my Casein shake (which already has 5g). I'm working out 3 days on, 1 day off...sometimes thats 6x a week. It definitely helps.
