@Big_Cheese Wow, this is very impressive. I like how you finish out the workout with adductor and abductor. Not many people even bother with that but they're important for your inner legs. Iron hardcore training at its finest

@Big_Cheese I got a lot of respect for this style of training. This is the way to hammer, your legs, hot and heavy. i like the leg extensions very solid for working the core

@Big_Cheese Very nice job young, man. It's always good to see a nice balanced leg Training Day. You should definitely be recovering good, especially at your age. If you start noticing recovery issues, that's a red flag that you're definitely overtraining

Solid upper day today. Progressed everything which is detailed above. Not all progressions are weight jumps, but improving tempo and execution. Keen to take my weekly progress photos this weekend and keep the ball rolling. Body’s absolutely battered so will just do some additional rear delts and calves in work this Saturday. Will superset and bang them out early
