Im new to this site but I am grateful for the chance to ask guys that have been around the block, what supplements should I take to rebuild tendons? I have tendonitous in both elbows that I can't seem to get rid of. I'm sick and tired of not being able to build my arms because of this problem! Very true!

I have tendinitis in my foot and the skeletalbalm works amazing on it. Typically when the tendinitis flares up I use both the vicodene as well as the skeletalbalm. Never used joint repair but have heard nothing but positive things about it.
