Im new to this site but I am grateful for the chance to ask guys that have been around the block, what supplements should I take to rebuild tendons? I have tendonitous in both elbows that I can't seem to get rid of. I'm sick and tired of not being able to build my arms because of this problem! If anyone can give me advice, I would appriciate it immensely! Thanks in advance.........Brushybill

i have same problem on left arm tricep tendon, joint repair and skeletal balm will definitely help on your road to recovery.

you can buy them as a kit at needtobuildmuscle.com

Good luck.!

Very true!

I have tendinitis in my foot and the skeletalbalm works amazing on it. Typically when the tendinitis flares up I use both the vicodene as well as the skeletalbalm. Never used joint repair but have heard nothing but positive things about it.

mostly when we are talking about tendon damage the only thing we could to treat it is that we need a lot of rest. if the injury is caused by over used, i suggest change in work habits that is to prevent recurrence of the problem..

Thanks for the info everyone. I have heard of Cissus before and I'm probably going to try it first. As for the other suggestions, I'm going to look into them. Istocks, whats the average cost of an injection and how many treatments are required?
Thanks

+1 for Cissus. I have been using it for years when the tendons in my elbows start to hurt constantly from lifting too heavy too often. Also I am not sure if it has been mentioned yet, look into Fish Oil (I use Salmon Oil personally), seems to help with the inflammation.

Prolotherapy.
