What could she demand in the letter? That the teacher be reprimended? How would you start this?

i'm in the process of getting things done... LA is so damn corrupt though. My son is currently going thru more than he needs to go thru due to school. He' s not perfect, but not a bad child at all. Its putting alot on him that is not needed.

Well, in Kentucky there is an administrative hearing to determine whether or not a teacher should be reprimanded or fired. I would most likely begin with a letter to cease any and all corporal punishment, to notify the parent if any problems arise. Then, I would warn them that in the event of any further abuse, I would advise my client to seek an administrative hearing and that we are weighing our options for suing the school, the school board and the teacher in civil court for battery.

i'm in the process of pursuing actions against her and the school. LA law is so corrupt, I just pray that i'll get something done so that no other child has to deal with her the way my son did.

yes.... give me some advice! How do I go about this in a manner that is not ghetto.. which, believe me I want to beat the crap out of this teacher right now. I've already camped out in the teacher lounge waiting for her to come in so that I could question her. I want to make sure I do this in the most professional manner possible.
