Teacher cuts 7 year old tongue who would not shut up

I made a thread about it a few days ago... she bruised my sons hand up by smashing it in a book becuase he didnt have material needed for class (which was due to some other child removing it from his desk.) This is the second instance with this same teacher and lil Frisky isn't all to happy at all.

I smell a lawsuit...you'll be RICH!

Oh, that simply outrageous! Where are you located? I will search your thread and read it because I want to make sure that we do everyhting we can to get this woman fired. Is she old and ugly, Darling? It's been Freddie's experience that it is always the ugly ones. Or the lesbians.

Louisiana... go figure! I've contacted the school, principle, and School board and nothing done. I've cornered said teacher and questioned her... of course she denied everything, even though bruises on his hand won't lie.

i'm weighing out all options right now... the more I push the harder it is on both my kids at school. I've cornered said teacher already and questioned her, she denied all... even with more than one witness she still denied. Nothing being done to her but my son having to suffer not only conduct marks but a bruised hand and a bruised ego. If i were myself 5 years ago, I'd prolly just gone there and beat the shit out of her... I'm trying to do things the right way.

Not sure If i'd have a lawsuit or not, I don't want money, I want education and having my children treated proper.

Teachers are impossible to fire short of shooting their students with a gun because of the unions and the attitude of "teachers vs. parents" and parents are the enemy, etc.

oh... I know! my son had bruises on his right hand due to this teacher banging a school book on it over and over. I've battled before and after care help where the have pushed both my son and daughter to the ground... Now this is a really top notch school as far as academic. I am trying my hardest to do this in a manner that is appropriate, but seems i may need to go off on these people. I can handle alot, but abusing my kids is something I refuse to tolerate.

lol @ lezbo.... i really agree though, they are tougher than anything when it comes to these matters. I'm still going back and forth right now. Having a hard time getting questions answered and calls returned.

Have a lawyer send a letterhead to the administration matter-of-factly stating that they have been retained by you and are pondering a lawsuit if the situation is not remedied equitably. "Have a nice day" lol
