Guys I've tried everything from Proactiv, dermatoligist, doxycyline pills, duac cream, retin A, but so far the best thing is eating right drinking water and tanning with no lotion on my face, I haven't had a zit since!
Hey congratz for sure! I used to suffer big time from it too.
Cure = permanant solution, I'd call it more of a temporary one.
Be careful... UV rays are rough on the skin at the same time. Moderation is key. Not trying to be the barear of bad news, just making sure you see the whole picture.
Tanning drys out the skin, therefore no grease to cause acne blemishes. Washing your face 2 or 3 times a day should do the job without toture on your skin. Every time i go to the boys room at work, i grab some hand wipes (soft type) dampen, then wash my face allover. Keeps my skin clear as a blue sky.
There are some tanning tubes that have VERY little UVA-B. UVA-A is what gets you tanned. They tend to be more expensive than the cheapy beds you find most places.
^Yeah, my brother plays tennis every given moment he can and his face is covered with acne. Rather than helping him out, he looks like a racoon going through puberty -_-
