Alright you guys dont laugh.

But I have a question.

Do you remember those days in off-season when
you worked out every body part 5 days a week?

Well when I workout I feel if I dont workout every body part, that I am not WORKING OUT.

If you read the magazines they may tell you to workout uppers on Monday, lowers on Tuesday, mids on Wednesday, uppers on Thursday.

Now the question is do you do this on a cycle or keep that rotation type pattern.

I keep my workout routine the same when on a cycle but I add some extra sets in there and really balst the body part hard
