I forgot my xtend so I drank water throughout my workout. My forearm is definately hampering my workouts now. My strength is really starting to suffer for it. Pisses me off, one thing after another. Anyway, I have been using a tight elbow sleeve to help things. It seems to be working somewhat.
I drank a cookies and cream Musclemilk RTD upon completion.
Bedtime Supps

3 caps Need2Guard ( I am now out of Need2Guard. I have a bottle a 3/4 full bottle of CEL CYCLE ASSIST so I am going to use it for now until I finish it)
A couple other things I would like to add. I have come down with this annoying cough. It comes and goes throughout the day. I have been taking Robitussin at night to help stop the coughing so I can sleep. It started around the time I began Epi-Strong. The other thing I am noticing is my scalp is starting to breakout. I am getting zits on the back of my head and upper neck. I have never had zits there before. The funny thing is I am not getting zits anywhere else. Usually if I cam going to get them from a PH/DS I get them on my back, so this is weird for me. Other then that I have been doing good, eating like a horse. I am up 15 pounds now which makes me happy. I only have two pounds to go to reach my original goal. I would love to get over 200 pounds, its been a long time. When I start my PCT in a couple weeks I am going to start being a little stricter with my diet and add in some cardio. I hope to be about 190 when I am done with this cycle..After my PCT I am going to chill for a few weeks and then get ready for a nice Natty Stack..Take care guys..SJ
